What You'll Learn:

Our first week will focus on getting started: from business structure options to budgeting, computer programs, vendors, deciding your ideal client and much more.

In the second week, we'll tackle getting your first initial inquiries, deciding pricing and fees, consultations and proposals.

Week three will focus on a breakdown on the sales process, from start to finish.

In our fourth week, we'll talk about how to best manage clients, organizing project information, timelines, communications and gifting.

Week five will focus on managing people: the importance of setting expectations, coordinating with contractors and hiring help.

In the sixth week, we'll discuss wrapping up projects and items like closing packets, gifting, finished project photography and media.

Week seven will be a guide in how to market your business - from generating leads, networking, getting referrals, digital avenues and more.

Meet Julianne Hendrickson
Julianne is the founder, owner and principal designer of Hendrickson Interiors. Hendrickson Interiors was born in 2016, after Julianne welcomed her second child into the world. AS a former teacher, Julianne was looking to jump into a career that would offer more work-life balance. What started as a dream is now a full service custom interior design firm serving clients all throughout the Tampa area. Julianne utilizes her skills, knowledge and insight gained the last 8 years to bring a unique point of view and expertise to lead this Masterclass.
