When a Florida native was relocating home from New England, he knew the only house he wanted to raise his family in was a true historic gem in St. Petersburg, Florida. As fate had it, the house was on the market and the family was able to purchase it and start renovations to bring out it’s natural charm.
Upon entering the home, the newly laid Arto concrete tile immediately sets the stage and is the perfect compliment to the sweeping rod iron staircase. The living room is complete with a custom built-in, while the formal living room features a dry bar with antique mirror glass, brass shelving, and an integrated refrigerator. Meanwhile, varied lighting throughout the home infuses it with both ambiance and a sense of history.
Not a detail was left to chance, from the custom drapery to the fabric choices of the pillows - all blending seamlessly.
