South Tampa, Florida
A Thoughtful Remodel of a Well-Loved Home
Built more than 20 years ago, this South Tampa home was beautifully constructed but ready for a remodel that honored its original character while elevating it for modern living. The homeowners wanted updates that felt intentional and refined rather than a full departure from what they loved.
The transformation included new cabinetry, updated hardware, modern appliances, fresh paint, new countertops, and upgraded plumbing fixtures, creating a cohesive and functional foundation throughout the home. Rich dark cherry–stained flooring grounds the interiors and adds warmth and contrast. The kitchen, living room, dinette, dining room, and library were redesigned to improve flow and create inviting spaces for everyday living and entertaining.
A dramatic color-drenched library became a standout focal point, featuring a moody mauve palette and a wallpapered ceiling that adds depth and personality. The primary bedroom and bathroom were also refreshed, with the primary bath showcasing custom cabinetry and a marble inlay floor. Much of the first floor and second level were newly furnished, completing a remodel that feels elevated, layered, and deeply connected to the life already lived within the home.
