This Tampa, Florida project brought together some of our favorite design elements—moody textures, rich tones, layered materials, and unexpected moments of fun. Anchoring the addition is a custom speakeasy bar and in-home golf simulator, a hidden retreat designed for entertaining with leather banquettes, warm brass accents, and a refined, atmospheric palette.

Beyond the speakeasy, we refreshed the primary suite, primary bathroom, entryway, living spaces, and powder bath to create a cohesive, elevated home. Thoughtful millwork, furnishings, and timeless finishes bring continuity throughout, while each room maintains its own character through color, texture, and curated details. From bold, intimate spaces to serene everyday retreats, this remodel reflects both craftsmanship and creativity—showcasing what’s possible when luxury design meets real-life living.
